My Becky left....

Yesterday, Becky left for Texas... for good:( Brian and Becky just graduated in school and they chose McKinney to be their new home. Here are some pictures of her last day at school.
I made her cupcakes!!!

Her farewell dinner at Hideaway.

Her last day at the school was a happy moment but at the same time I was sad because Becky is my best friend here in Oklahoma. She was the first friend I made when we moved to Oklahoma and she made my move here so easy. I remember when we just moved here, I am stuck in our apartment since we only have one car and I wasn't working yet. She would pick me up from our apartment and we would go to lunch together. I will definitely miss everything about her. I love you Becks and I'll miss your face!!!

The Dukester

I just wanted to throw a couple of funny pics of Duke on here. The first one is on the way home from getting him neutered. He looked so pitiful. The second one Leah took when I got home from school on Monday. I was outside talking on my cell phone and Duke was just resting his head on the window just waiting and wondering why I wasn't coming inside to play. What a riot.

Curb Appeal

Leah has been very busy and with my school year winding down I figured I would add my .02 to the this little family weB LOG we have going on here. One thing that I wanted put on here are the pics of our new flower garden. Leah and my mom, Billie, put in alot of time doing it and I think it turned out great! I just took my last final of my first year of dental school which feels great. I will be starting a job tomorrow at the dental school doing research about the effects of hypoxia (starving cells of oxygen) on osteoblasts (cells that help build our bones). Pretty exciting stuff I know. (Insert sarcasm icon here). Duke is almost 8 months old now and now weighs close to 60 pounds. He is still a big baby though. Nothing else too big in our lives. Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather we have had the past few days although it would be nice if the wind would calm down a little. Enjoy the pics!!!
